Ferrite Core Manufacturer

Acme Electronics Corporation was established on Sept. 5, 1991 as a spin-off from USI Corporation. Acme's main business is on the manufacture and sales of Mn-Zn ferrite cores. Our plant is located in Kuanyin Industrial park at Kuanyin Township, Taoyuan County. Following completion of construction and trial operation, we commenced commercial operation in December 1994. Acme is now an OTC listed company. Major shareholders include USI Corporation, China Development Industrial Bank and USI Investment Co., Ltd.

Acme's products are elements of inductance passive electronic components such as power transformers, loaded coils, choke and demagnetization coil that apply to 3C products, e.g. power supplies, computer monitors, notebook, broadband network systems, telephone switching systems, relay stations, mobile phone, PDA, LCD monitors, digital cameras, digital video cameras, palmtop video games and scanners, etc..

In 1998 we set up Gold Amb Electronics Factory in Donguan, Guangdong Province, China. In 2000, USI Corporation and Acme, along with other legal entities and individual shareholders, jointly invested in the establishment of ACME Electronics(Kunshan)Co., Ltd. in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China, and Acme holds 51.05% shares. In 2003, we set up Acme Magnetics USA Inc. as a marketing lodgment. In the end of 2004, we established Acme Electronics (Guangzhou)Co., Ltd. in Zengcheng city, Guangdong Province, China. We anticipate Acme Electronics(Guangzhou)Co., Ltd. will complete the construction of plant in early 2006 and commence operation, replacing Gold Amb Electronics Factory as the main business base.

Besides fully taking advantage of local techniques and resource to reduce cost of production , Gold Amb Electronics Factory & Acme(Kunshan)helps extend our services to China market by elastic and prompt delivery. In addition to serving USA-based customers, Acme Magnetics USA Inc. undertakes Design-in and Spec-in with worldwide international corporations to promote our products and increase Acme's global competition capabilities.
